Shrimp Cocktail


1 bag frozen, uncooked and deveined shrimp

1 onion

1 carrot

1 piece of celery

1 lemon, sliced into wedges

Your favorite cocktail sauce (I like Primal Kitchen)


Put chopped onion, carrot and celery in a pot of water on the stove

Bring water to a boil over medium heat

Once boiling, add the shrimp to water

As soon as the shrimp turns pink (about 3-4 minutes), take the shrimp out and dry

Put shrimp in the fridge to cool down

Once the shrimp is cold, serve with cocktail sauce and lemon wedges
