  • 1 package ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Dried parsley
  • ¼ cup Gluten-free bread crumbs
  • cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Onion roughly chopped

Instructions
 

  • Set the oven to broil and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl or ziplock bag, combine ground beef, salt, pepper, dried parsley, gluten-free bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, and eggs. Mix until completely combined.
  • Using a cookie scoop, form the mixture into round balls and line on the baking sheet.
  • Once all the meatballs are formed, sprinkle the top with one roughly chopped onion.
  • Broil in the oven for 18 minutes or until the meatballs are cooked through.
  • Serve with your favorite tomato sauce.

Notes

Freeze the cooked meatballs in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Once the meatballs are completely frozen, store them in an airtight container or in a large ziplock bag for up to two months.
