Funfetti Cake Bars
Is there anything better than a cake bar?
Ingredients
- 2 cups gluten free flour
- 1 ½ teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 3 eggs
- ½ cup sugar
- ½ cup unsalted butter melted
- 1 cup oat milk or regular milk
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine eggs and butter in a bowl.
- Add in sugar, baking powder, salt, and flour.
- Pour in milk and vanilla extract.
- Pour mixture into a greased 9x12 pan.
- Bake in the oven on the middle rack for 20-25 minutes.
- Cool and frosting with vanilla buttercream. Finish with funfetti sprinkles.
