Cookies & Cream Frozen Yogurt (GF, DF)

This no-churn cookie & cream frozen yogurt takes 5 minutes to make and is completely gluten-free. You can also add in walnuts, chocolate syrup, and chocolate chips.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups unsweetened greek yogurt
  • 1 cup gluten-free oreo cookies
  • ¼ cup honey

Instructions
 

  • Add the Oreos to the food processor and pulse until almost powdery. Add the greek yogurt and honey and pulse until smooth.
  • The mixture should have a creamy consistency.
  • Pour the mixture into a metal loaf pan.
  • Top with crushed Oreos.
  • Cover the loaf pan with plastic wrap and freeze in the freezer for at least 6 hours.
  • Remove from the freezer after 6 hours and let sit at room temperature for 15 minutes before scooping using an ice cream scoop.

Notes

Make sure to let the nice cream thaw for at least 15 minutes before serving.
