Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups unsweetened greek yogurt
  • 1 cup frozen cherries
  • ¼ cup honey

Instructions
 

  • Add the greek yogurt, frozen cherries, and honey to a food processor and pulse until smooth.
  • The mixture should have a creamy consistency.
  • Pour the mixture into a metal loaf pan.
  • Remove from the freezer after 6 hours and let sit at room temperature for 15 minutes before scooping using an ice cream scoop.

Notes

Vegan: Instead of plain greek yogurt, choose a non-dairy greek yogurt alternative. Kite Hill and Culina make great options to make this vegan ice cream!
