Ingredients
  

  • 7 ounces white chocolate
  • 24 gluten-free graham crackers
  • ¼ cup crushed candy canes

Instructions
 

  • Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper. Set aside.
  • Melt the white chocolate.
  • Dip graham crackers halfway into the white chocolate and let any excess chocolate drip back into the bowl.
  • Lay them on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Top with crushed candy canes.
  • Let them dry for 15 minutes before serving.

Notes

Store the chocolate-covered graham crackers at room temperature in an air-tight container for up to five days. These do not freeze well.
