Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups roasted macadamia nuts
  • 7 ounces dark chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon orange zest

Instructions
 

  • Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  • Melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl and stir until smooth.
  • Pour the macadamia nuts into the melted chocolate and stir until all the nuts are coated in chocolate.
  • Spoon ⅛ cup blobs of chocolate-covered macadamia nuts on the cookie sheet, leaving 1 inch between each blob.
  • Top each blob with orange zest.
  • Let the chocolate set for 15 minutes before serving.

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to five days.
