Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh raspberries
  • ¼ cup Nutella
  • 7 ounces dark chocolate
  • Flaky sea salt

Instructions

  • Wash and dry the raspberries.
  • Fill a pastry bag with nutella and pipe nutella inside of each raspberry.
  • Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second increments, stirring after each interval, until the mixture is smooth.
  • Dip each raspberry in the melted chocolate, making sure to coat it evenly. Place the coated raspberries on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Sprinkle a pinch of flaky sea salt over the top of each raspberry.
  • Place the baking sheet in the freezer for at least 2 hours, or until the chocolate has hardened.
  • Once the chocolate has hardened, transfer the raspberries to an airtight container and store in the freezer until ready to serve.

Notes

They will keep for up to a week in the freezer. Just be sure to transfer them to an airtight container to prevent freezer burn.
