Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups whole milk
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter mixed with ¼ cup gluten free flour
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 12 ounces gluten free pasta cooked Al dentae
  • 6 ounces American cheese shredded
  • 6 ounces cheddar cheese shredded

Instructions
 

  • Cook the gluten-free macaroni noodles according to package instructions until al dente.
  • Add cooked gluten-free macaroni noodles to the slow cooker.
  • Pour in 3 cups of milk, 3 tablespoons of melted unsalted butter mixed with ¼ cup gluten free flour, 2 teaspoons of salt,¼ teaspoon ground pepper, and ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper.
  • Add shredded American and cheddar cheese on top.
  • Cook on high for 1-2 hours or until cheese is melted and the macaroni noodles are soft.
  • Stir occasionally.
  • Sprinkle with a pinch of salt, and serve as the perfect comfort food. Add extra cheese on top if desired.

Notes

Make sure to cook the pasta first and then add it to the cheese sauce, this will ensure the pasta is not overcooked and mushy.
