Peanut Butter Chocolate Covered Raspberries

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups fresh raspberries
  • ¼ cup peanut butter
  • 7 ounces dark chocolate
  • Flaky sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Wash and dry the raspberries.
  • Fill a pastry bag with peanut butter and pipe peanut butter inside of each raspberry.
  • Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second increments, stirring after each interval, until the mixture is smooth.
  • Dip each raspberry in the melted chocolate, making sure to coat it evenly. Place the coated raspberries on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Drizzle extra peanut butter and a pinch of flaky sea salt on top of each raspberries.
  • Place the baking sheet in the freezer for at least 2 hours, or until the chocolate has hardened.
  • Once the chocolate has hardened, transfer the raspberries to an airtight container and store in the freezer until ready to serve.

Notes

These chocolate covered raspberries will keep in the freezer for 2-3 weeks in an airtight container.
