In this blog post, I will show you how to make balloon chocolate bowls using dark or bittersweet chocolate.
Dip the bottom of the balloon in the melted chocolate 3 times. Make sure the chocolate is room temperature NOT HOT before dipping the balloons in the chocolate.
Line the balloons on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Once the chocolate has set (about 15 minutes) take a pin and gently pop the balloon. Peel the popped balloon off the bottom of the chocolate bowl carefully.
