Marshmallow Frozen Chocolate Raspberries

- 2 cups fresh raspberries
- ¼ cup marshmallow fluff
- 7 ounces dark chocolate
- Flaky sea salt
Wash and dry the raspberries.
Fill a pastry bag with marshmallow fluff and pipe marshmallow fluff inside of each raspberry.
Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second increments, stirring after each interval, until the mixture is smooth.
Dip each raspberry in the melted chocolate, making sure to coat it evenly. Place the coated raspberries on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Sprinkle a pinch of flaky sea salt over the top of each raspberry.
Place the baking sheet in the freezer for at least 2 hours, or until the chocolate has hardened.
Once the chocolate has hardened, transfer the raspberries to an airtight container and store in the freezer until ready to serve.
