Ingredients
  

  • 3 apples cored and sliced
  • 2 cups shredded coconut
  • 1 ¼ cups caramel sauce
  • 7 ounces dark chocolate melted

Instructions
 

  • Slice and core the apples.
  • In a medium mixing bowl, mix the shredded coconut and caramel sauce until well combined.
  • Take each apple slice and top it with a generous amount of the coconut mixture.
