Ingredients
  

  • 1 package gluten-free cookie dough
  • 2 sticks unsalted butter
  • 4 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
  • Roll out the cookie dough to about ½ an inch thickness.
  • Cut the cookie dough into fry shapes using a knife or cookie cutter.
  • Place the cookie fries on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake the cookie fries for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  • While the cookie fries are baking, prepare the buttercream dip. In a large mixing bowl, beat the butter until smooth. Gradually add in the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract, and beat until well combined.
  • Once the cookie fries are done, let them cool for a few minutes before serving with the buttercream dip.
