  • 12 plain rice cakes
  • ½ cup marshmallow fluff
  • 7 ounces dark chocolate melted

Instructions
 

  • Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper
  • Cut the rice cakes into fourths
  • Spread marshmallow fluff on one side of the rice cake and top with the other fourth of the rice cake
  • Dip the rice cake sandwich in the chocolate
  • Lay on the parchment paper and let the chocolate set in the fridge for 30 minutes.
