Easy Granola Candy Bars

- 2 cups of gluten-free granola
- 1 cup of smooth peanut butter
- 7 ounces of dark chocolate
- 1 tablespoon of butter
Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and set aside.
Combine granola and peanut butter in a mixing bowl and mix until combined.
Press the mixture into the bottom of the lined loaf pan.
Freeze in the freezer for only 15 minutes.
In the meantime, melt the chocolate and butter together in a microwave-safe mixing bowl.
Remove the bars from the freezer and lift them out of the pan using the parchment paper.
Slice the granola slab into 1 inch bars.
Dip the granola bars into the chocolate and line on a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
Store in the fridge or freezer.
