Easy Granola Candy Bars

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups of gluten-free granola
  • 1 cup of smooth peanut butter
  • 7 ounces of dark chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon of butter

Instructions
 

  • Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and set aside.
  • Combine granola and peanut butter in a mixing bowl and mix until combined.
  • Press the mixture into the bottom of the lined loaf pan.
  • Freeze in the freezer for only 15 minutes.
  • In the meantime, melt the chocolate and butter together in a microwave-safe mixing bowl.
  • Remove the bars from the freezer and lift them out of the pan using the parchment paper.
  • Slice the granola slab into 1 inch bars.
  • Dip the granola bars into the chocolate and line on a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
  • Store in the fridge or freezer.
