Strawberry Chocolate Overnight Oats

Who knew overnight oats could be so fun? Add a chocolate shell top and it’s just as luxurious as dessert!

Ingredients

rolled oats
I used Bob’s Red Mill
½
teaspoon
ground cinnamon
¼
teaspoon
salt
2
cups
milk
¼
cup
freeze-dried strawberries
1
cup
white chocolate
melted
Instructions
In a small bowl combine the oats, cinnamon, salt, milk, and half the freeze-dried strawberries. Stir well.
Place in the fridge overnight.
Take out of the fridge after 24 hours and pour into bowls. This recipe should fit four bowls.
Melt white chocolate and stir in the remaining freeze-dried strawberries.
Pour chocolate over the four bowls of oats.
Put the bowls into the fridge for 10 minutes or until the chocolate hardens.
