No Bake Peanut Butter Bars

This is one of those desserts that's so easy to make it's unbelievable! I'm craving a peanut butter bar as I'm typing this because they're just that good.

Equipment

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 ¼ cup peanut butter I used Peanut Butter & Co
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 cups gluten-free graham cracker crumbs
  • 3 cups semi-sweet chocolate roughly chopped
  • ¼ cup peanut butter

Instructions
 

  • Line an 8x8 baking pan with parchment paper and set aside.
  • Combine the butter, gluten-free graham cracker crumbs, 1 cup peanut butter, and powdered sugar together in a large bowl.
  • Press the mixture into the bottom of the baking pan.
  • In a small bowl, melt the chocolate and ¼ cup peanut butter together in the microwave. Microwave on high at 30 second intervals until you can stir the mixture smooth.
  • Pour the chocolate over the first layer in the baking pan. Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Store the bars in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to seven days.
