PB + J Brownies
I love making brownies. They're the perfect easy recipe to make when you don't have a lot of time. I'm not sure if it's because they are so simple or because they are just plain delicious, but these extra chocolatey, not too sweet, fudgy brownies are one of my favorite recipes!

2 ounces unsweetened chocolate melted ⅓ cup unsalted butter melted ¼ cup granulated sugar 2 eggs ¾ cup gluten-free flour ½ teaspoon baking powder 1 teaspoon almond flavoring or vanilla flavoring ¼ cup cocoa powder ½ cup peanut butter 2 tablespoon jelly
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Combine eggs, sugar, and butter in a bowl.
Pour in almond or vanilla flavoring.
Add in flour, baking powder, and cocoa powder and mix until combined.
Add dollops of peanut butter and jelly on top of batter and use a toothpick to swirl into the batter.
Pour into a parchment lined brownie pan.
Bake for 25 minutes.
