Homemade Whipped Strawberry Butter: How to Make

Strawberry Butter is a delicious spread made from crushed dried strawberries. It tastes great on toast, pancakes, waffles, muffins, scones, biscuits, etc. You can even eat it straight off the spoon!

Equipment

  • A small mixing bowl
  • A hand mixer
  • Mixing bowls
  • A fork
  • A sieve
  • An airtight container
  • A blender or food processor

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup unsalted butter softened
  • ¼ cup freeze-dried strawberries crushed

Instructions
 

  • Put freeze--dried strawberries in blender and pulse until it turns into a dusk
  • Mash or whip butter
  • Add in strawberry dust
  • Mix until combined
  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days
