Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter plus 2 tablespoons for the topping
  • ½ cup ground flaxseed
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips or chocolate of choice

Instructions
 

  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter and ground flaxseed. Mix until a thick, dough-like consistency forms.
  • Line a small baking dish with parchment paper. Press the peanut butter and flaxseed mixture firmly into the pan, creating an even layer.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl or using a double boiler, melt the chocolate chips together with 2 tablespoons of peanut butter. Stir until smooth and well combined.
  • Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the peanut butter and flaxseed base, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
  • Place the pan in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours, or until the chocolate has fully set and hardened.
  • Once set, lift the bars out of the pan using the parchment paper. Slice into bars or squares.
  • Enjoy! Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

Notes

Tips: Try adding a sprinkle of sea salt on top for a sweet and salty twist!
