Ingredients
  

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 6 slices bacon cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 10 ounces ground Italian sausage
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 onions diced
  • 2 tablespoons ground chili powder
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 cup red wine
  • cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 2 28 ounce cans diced tomatoes
  • 2 15 ounce cans garbanzo beans
  • 2 15 ounce cans kidney beans

Instructions
 

Crockpot Method:

  • Add all ingredients to the crockpot and cook on low heat for 6 - 7 hours.

Stovetop Method:

  • Add olive oil to a large pot.
  • Brown bacon, Italian sausage, ground beef, and onions on medium heat in a large pot.
  • Add red wine, Worcester sauce, and spices. Let simmer on low heat for 10 minutes. Add drained beans.
  • Add diced tomatoes to the pot. Cover and simmer on low for 4 - 5 hours.

Notes

You can either use a crockpot or a dutch oven on the stove. The crockpot method is the most convenient way to make the delicious gluten-free chili, as it cooks for 4-6 hours on low heat. However, if you don't have a crockpot, you can use a dutch oven on the stovetop.
