Ingredients
  

  • 2 large apples
  • 2 cups pitted Medjool dates
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 can canned coconut milk
  • ½ cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil optional

Instructions
 

  • Soak dates in hot water for 10 minutes if needed, then drain.
  • Blend dates with vanilla, salt, and coconut milk until smooth. Adjust consistency as needed.
  • Core and slice apples into ¼-inch rounds or wedges.
  • Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil (if using) in a microwave-safe bowl.
  • Spread date caramel over each apple slice.
  • Drizzle melted chocolate over the caramel-topped apples.
  • Add optional toppings like nuts, coconut, or sea salt.
  • Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one day.

Toss apple slices in lemon water to prevent browning.
