Ingredients
  

  • 6 large crisp apples cored and sliced into ¼-inch rounds
  • 3 tablespoons natural peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips
  • 2 ounces dark chocolate chopped
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • 3 tablespoons pistachios chopped
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
  • ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds

Instructions
 

  • Arrange apple slices on serving platter
  • Warm peanut butter 15-20 seconds, spread on ⅓ of slices, top with chocolate chips
  • Melt chocolate with coconut oil, drizzle on ⅓ of slices, sprinkle with pistachios
  • Mix yogurt, pumpkin, spice, and maple syrup; spoon onto remaining slices, top with seeds
  • Serve immediately

Notes

Choose naturally sweet apples like Honeycrisp. Slice fresh for best texture. Warm toppings adhere better to apple slices.
