Chocolate-Covered Red Grapes on the Vine

- 1 bunch red grapes on the vine
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips or chopped dark chocolate
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil optional
- 2 –3 tablespoon crushed pistachios
- Flaky sea salt
Wash and dry grapes thoroughly. Break into smaller clusters if desired.
Melt chocolate and coconut oil (if using) in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring between each.
Dip grape clusters into the melted chocolate. Let excess drip off.
Place on a parchment-lined tray and immediately top with pistachios and sea salt.
Refrigerate until set, about 15–20 minutes.
Serve cold and enjoy!
