Ingredients
  

  • 1 bunch red grapes on the vine
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips or chopped dark chocolate
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil optional
  • 2 –3 tablespoon crushed pistachios
  • Flaky sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Wash and dry grapes thoroughly. Break into smaller clusters if desired.
  • Melt chocolate and coconut oil (if using) in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring between each.
  • Dip grape clusters into the melted chocolate. Let excess drip off.
  • Place on a parchment-lined tray and immediately top with pistachios and sea salt.
  • Refrigerate until set, about 15–20 minutes.
  • Serve cold and enjoy!

Notes

Fully dry grapes before dipping.
Use good-quality chocolate.
Add toppings quickly before chocolate hardens.
