  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon ghee
  • 2 tablespoons crushed peanuts optional

Instructions
 

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread chopped dates evenly.
  • Warm peanut butter slightly and spread over dates.
  • Melt chocolate with ghee in a microwave-safe bowl and pour over peanut butter layer.
  • Sprinkle crushed peanuts if desired.
  • Chill in the fridge for 1-2 hours, cut, and serve.
