Instructions
Prepare Cherries: Pat maraschino cherries dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
Wrap Cherries: Take a small piece of Sweet Loren's oatmeal cranberry cookie dough and flatten it in your palm. Wrap the dough around a cherry, ensuring it's fully encased. Repeat with all cherries.
Melt Chocolate: Gently melt the dark chocolate in a microwave or over a double boiler until smooth and fully melted.
Dip Cherries: Dip each cookie dough-wrapped cherry into the melted chocolate, using a fork or dipping tool to help coat evenly.
Set: Place chocolate-coated cherries on a baking sheet lined with precut parchment paper and allow to set. For quicker setting, refrigerate for 10-15 minutes.
Serve & Enjoy: Once the chocolate has hardened, your Chocolate Dipped Maraschino Cherries are ready to be served.
