The easiest gluten free chocolate strawberry yogurt bowl. Cold Greek yogurt topped with melted dark chocolate and fresh strawberries — five minutes, three ingredients, no cooking required.
The key trick: pour the chocolate while the yogurt is cold and the chocolate is hot. The temperature difference creates a slight shell that cracks when you spoon through it.
Full-fat yogurt only. Low-fat has too much water and the chocolate will not set properly.
Add a small drizzle of honey before the chocolate if you want extra sweetness.
Works equally well with blueberries, raspberries, or sliced banana.
