Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup full-fat Greek yogurt cold
  • 2 oz dark chocolate 70% cacao or higher, roughly chopped
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries sliced or halved
  • 1 teaspoon honey optional

Instructions
 

  • Scoop cold Greek yogurt into a wide serving bowl and smooth the top flat with the back of a spoon.
  • Place chopped dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 20 to 30 second intervals, stirring between each, until fully melted and smooth.
  • Immediately pour the hot melted chocolate over the center of the cold yogurt.

Notes

The key trick: pour the chocolate while the yogurt is cold and the chocolate is hot. The temperature difference creates a slight shell that cracks when you spoon through it.
Full-fat yogurt only. Low-fat has too much water and the chocolate will not set properly.
Add a small drizzle of honey before the chocolate if you want extra sweetness.
Works equally well with blueberries, raspberries, or sliced banana.
