1 cup fresh strawberries hulled 1 –2 teaspoon honey to taste 1 teaspoon chia seeds ½ cup full-fat Greek yogurt 1 cup chocolate chips dark or semi-sweet 1 teaspoon coconut oil Freeze-dried strawberries crushed (for garnish)
Blend strawberries and honey into a purée.
Stir in chia seeds and Greek yogurt.
Scoop onto a parchment-lined tray or into silicone molds.
Freeze for at least 3 hours or overnight.
Melt chocolate and coconut oil until smooth.
Dip frozen clusters in chocolate and place on parchment.
Sprinkle with crushed freeze-dried strawberries.
