Equipment

  • Blender or food processor – for puréeing strawberries.
  • Mixing bowl – to combine ingredients.
  • Silicone molds or tray – to form cluster shapes.
  • Microwave-safe bowl or double boiler – for melting chocolate.
  • Fork or dipping tool – for coating clusters in chocolate.
  • Parchment paper – to prevent sticking.
  • Freezer-safe container – for storing finished clusters.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries hulled
  • 1 –2 teaspoon honey to taste
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • ½ cup full-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips dark or semi-sweet
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • Freeze-dried strawberries crushed (for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Blend strawberries and honey into a purée.
  • Stir in chia seeds and Greek yogurt.
  • Scoop onto a parchment-lined tray or into silicone molds.
  • Freeze for at least 3 hours or overnight.
  • Melt chocolate and coconut oil until smooth.
  • Dip frozen clusters in chocolate and place on parchment.
  • Sprinkle with crushed freeze-dried strawberries.
  • Let set and enjoy!
