Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Cottage Cheese
  • 1 ⅔ cups PB2 Powder
  • cup Cocoa Powder
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 1 cup Crushed Peanuts for coating
  • Pinch of Salt

Instructions
 

  • Blend cottage cheese, PB2 powder, cocoa powder, honey, and salt until smooth.
  • Chill the mixture for 15–20 minutes.
  • Roll the mixture into balls.
  • Coat each ball with crushed peanuts.
  • Chill on a lined tray for 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

For a firmer texture, freeze the truffles for 15 minutes before rolling.
Substitute PB2 powder with almond or regular peanut butter if needed, adjusting the consistency.
