Instructions
 

  • Combine milk, brown sugar, rice, and salt in the pot.

  • Cook for 30 to 40 minutes, stirring frequently to prevent sticking. Avoid boiling.

  • If desired, stir in raisins and let the pudding rest for 5 minutes.
