  • cups orange juice fresh-squeezed or store-bought
  • 1 cup canned coconut milk full-fat for extra creaminess
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or to taste
  • 5 –7 ice cubes
  • For the rim:
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • ½ teaspoon finely grated orange zest

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the rim: In a small dish, combine the sugar and orange zest. Rub the rim of your serving glass with a bit of orange juice or a cut orange wedge, then dip it into the zest sugar to coat. Set aside.
  • OPTIONAL, you can also just mix: Blend the drink: In a blender, combine orange juice, coconut milk, maple syrup, and ice cubes. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Serve: Pour into your prepared glass over extra ice if desired. Sip and enjoy immediately!

Optional Twist: Add a splash of vanilla extract or a pinch of sea salt for an extra flavor boost.
