Decadent Raspberry Chocolate Cups

A delightful combination of rich dark chocolate and tangy raspberries, these cups are the perfect dessert for any occasion.

Equipment

Ingredients
  

  • 7 ounces dark chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil or butter
  • 6 ounce package fresh raspberries
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions
 

  • Mash raspberries and honey together. Set aside.
  • Melt chocolate and butter or coconut oil together. Stir until smooth.
  • Fill the chocolate cup molds halfway up. Add raspberry mixture, top with extra chocolate.
  • Chill in fridge until set.
  • Store in the fridge between layers of parchment paper.

Notes

Ensure the chocolate is melted on low heat to prevent it from burning.
The raspberry chocolate cups can be stored in the fridge for up to a week.
