  • 1 ripe dragon fruit sliced into thin rounds or half-moons
  • 2 oz white chocolate melted
  • 2 oz dark chocolate melted
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt plain or vanilla
  • 2 tablespoon shredded dried coconut
  • 2 tablespoon pomegranate seeds
  • 2 tablespoon chopped pistachios

Instructions
 

  • Arrange sliced dragon fruit on a serving platter like nachos.
  • Melt white and dark chocolate in separate microwave-safe bowls.
  • Drizzle both chocolates over the dragon fruit.
  • Add Greek yogurt in the center or dollop across the platter.
  • Sprinkle coconut, pomegranate seeds, and pistachios on top.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

Use firm, ripe dragon fruit for clean slices.
Melt chocolate in short bursts and stir frequently to avoid burning.
