Ingredients
  

  • 5 ounces dark chocolate
  • 2 cups shredded unsweetened coconut
  • 1 package mini Cadbury eggs

Instructions
 

  • Melt chocolate in a double boiler until smooth.
  • Stir in shredded coconut until evenly mixed.
  • Scoop mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, making a divot in the center of each.
  • Chill for 30 minutes.
  • Place 3 Cadbury eggs in the center of each nest

Notes

These nests can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. For a nuttier flavor, consider adding sliced almonds to the mix.
