  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 ¼ cups sugar

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • Combine almond paste and sugar in a food processor or mixing bowl. Process until thoroughly combined.
  • Mix in egg whites until a smooth dough forms.
  • Drop the dough by rounded teaspoonfuls onto lined baking sheets, about 1 inch apart.
  • Bake for 10 minutes, or until golden.
  • Cool the almond macaroons completely on the baking sheets.
  • Peel from the parchment once fully cooled and store in an airtight container.
