Ingredients
  

For the Berry Filling:

  • 2 cups Frozen berries
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon Cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon Maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon Salt

For the Crumble Topping:

  • 1 cup Gluten-free flour
  • ½ cup Oats
  • cup Brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Cardamom
  • ½ cup Unsalted cold butter

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Prepare the berry mixture by combining all filling ingredients in a bowl.
  • In a separate bowl, prepare the crumble topping by mixing dry ingredients and cutting in the cold butter.
  • Pour the berry mixture into a baking dish.
  • Sprinkle the crumble topping over the berries.
  • Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
  • Let cool slightly and serve warm.
