Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cooked wild rice
  • 3 chicken breasts shredded
  • ½ cup celery
  • ¼ cup chopped roasted red peppers
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
