Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ cups gluten-free all-purpose flour ensure it contains xanthan gum
  • 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the Oven:
  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
  • Mix the Dry Ingredients:
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
  • Add the Greek Yogurt:
  • Add the Greek yogurt to the dry ingredients. Mix with a spatula or your hands until a dough forms. The dough should be slightly sticky but hold together well.
  • Shape the Bagels:
  • Lightly flour a clean surface and your hands with gluten-free flour. Divide the dough into 4 equal portions. Roll each portion into a ball, then flatten it slightly. Use your thumb to poke a hole through the center of each ball and gently stretch it to form a bagel shape.
  • Add Toppings:
  • If using optional toppings, brush the top of each bagel with the egg wash. Sprinkle with your desired toppings such as sesame seeds, poppy seeds, everything bagel seasoning, grated cheese, or coarse sea salt.
  • Bake the Bagels:
  • Place the bagels on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they are spaced apart. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the bagels are golden brown and cooked through.
  • Cool and Serve:
  • Remove the bagels from the oven and allow them to cool on a wire rack for a few minutes before serving.
