Greek Yogurt Chocolate Covered Fruit

- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- ½ cup dark or milk chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil optional
- 1 cup strawberries whole
- 1 cup apple slices
- 1 cup orange segments
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Dip fruit into Greek yogurt and place on the baking sheet.
Freeze for 20-30 minutes until firm.
Melt chocolate with coconut oil (if using).
Dip yogurt-coated fruit into melted chocolate.
Freeze again for 30 minutes until the chocolate hardens.
Enjoy immediately or store in the freezer.
