Homemade Blueberry Tru Fru (White & Dark Chocolate Dipped)
These double-dipped frozen blueberries offer the perfect combination of juicy fruit and crisp chocolate shell - just like the famous Tru Fru brand but made right at home!
Line a baking sheet or plate with parchment paper and set it in the freezer to chill while you melt the chocolate.
In a small microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate in 15-second intervals, stirring between each until smooth.
Stick a toothpick into each blueberry. Dip each one into the white chocolate, gently tap off the excess, and place onto the chilled parchment. Freeze for 10–15 minutes.
In another small bowl, melt dark chocolate the same way.
Once the white chocolate is set, re-dip each blueberry into the dark chocolate, covering the white layer. Tap off the excess and place back on the parchment.
Freeze for at least 20 minutes until fully set. Enjoy straight from the freezer for the classic Tru Fru texture!

Storage:
Keep in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 1 month.
Tips:Ensure blueberries are completely dry before dipping to prevent the chocolate from seizing
For smoother dipping, add 1 teaspoon of coconut oil to each type of chocolate
Let sit at room temperature for 1-2 minutes before eating for optimal texture
