Homemade Gluten-Free Chocolate Date Rolos

Indulge in the delightful taste of homemade Rolos made with Medjool dates, creamy almond butter, and rich dark chocolate. A perfect gluten-free treat!

Equipment

  • Silicone chocolate cup mold

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Medjool dates sliced into quarters and depitted, then rolled into small balls
  • ¼ cup creamy almond butter
  • 10 ounces dark chocolate

Instructions
 

  • Melt the dark chocolate and temper it.
  • Add a small bit of chocolate to the bottom of each cup in your silicone mold.
  • Place a date ball in each cup, top with about 1 teaspoon of almond butter, and then fill to the top with more melted chocolate.
  • Chill in the freezer until solid.
  • Remove from the mold and enjoy!

Notes

For a twist, try different nut butters or even a pinch of sea salt in the chocolate.
