Homemade Gluten-Free Chocolate Date Rolos

Ingredients

Medjool dates
sliced into quarters and depitted, then rolled into small balls
¼
cup
creamy almond butter
10
ounces
dark chocolate
Instructions
Melt the dark chocolate and temper it.
Add a small bit of chocolate to the bottom of each cup in your silicone mold.
Place a date ball in each cup, top with about 1 teaspoon of almond butter, and then fill to the top with more melted chocolate.
Chill in the freezer until solid.
Remove from the mold and enjoy!
Notes
For a twist, try different nut butters or even a pinch of sea salt in the chocolate.
