  • 2 cups salted peanuts

  • Prepare the Peanuts: If your peanuts are raw, roast them for 5-10 minutes at 350°F.
  • Blend: Place the peanuts in a food processor and blend for 1-2 minutes.
  • Continue Blending: Scrape down the sides and blend for another 2-4 minutes until smooth.
  • Adjust Texture: Stop blending once you reach your preferred consistency. For chunkier peanut butter, pulse in some chopped peanuts.
  • Store: Transfer to a jar and store at room temperature for a week or in the fridge for a month.
