Hot Chocolate Spoons with Freeze-Dried Raspberries

Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups 9 oz dark chocolate, chopped
- 12 wooden spoons
- 2-3 tablespoons freeze-dried raspberries crushed
Instructions
- Melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl or using a double boiler.
- Arrange wooden spoons on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Spoon melted chocolate onto the bowl of each spoon, spreading evenly.
- Sprinkle crushed freeze-dried raspberries on top.
- Refrigerate for 20-30 minutes until set.
- Store in an airtight container or wrap individually for gifts.
Notes
For smoother melted chocolate, add 1 teaspoon of coconut oil while melting.
