  • 2 apples chopped into small pieces
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt plain or vanilla
  • 3 tablespoons caramel sauce plus more for drizzling
  • 3 tablespoons melted chocolate dark, milk, or white
  • Flaky sea salt for sprinkling

Instructions
 

  • Mix the base: In a bowl, stir the chopped apples into the Greek yogurt until evenly coated.
  • Assemble: Spread the apple-yogurt mixture in a thin, even layer onto a parchment-lined baking sheet to about ¼ inch thickness.
  • Drizzle: Drizzle caramel and melted chocolate over the top. Scatter a few extra apple pieces on top for texture.
  • Finish: Add another light drizzle of caramel and sprinkle with flaky sea salt.
  • Freeze: Place the tray in the freezer for at least 2 hours, or until completely firm.
  • Break and serve: Once set, break into bite-sized bark pieces and enjoy straight from the freezer.

Spread the mixture to exactly ¼ inch thick for the best texture
Use full-fat Greek yogurt for the creamiest results
