Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups gluten-free puffed rice cereal
  • 6 oz white chocolate chopped or chips
  • 1 tablespoon freeze-dried strawberry powder
  • 2 oz dark chocolate melted (for drizzling)

Instructions
 

  • Melt the White Chocolate: In a heatproof bowl set over a simmering pot of water or in the microwave, melt white chocolate until smooth, stirring frequently.
  • Add Strawberry Flavor: Stir in the freeze-dried strawberry powder until fully combined and pink.
  • Mix with Puffed Rice: Add the gluten-free puffed rice cereal and gently fold until fully coated.
  • Form the Clusters: Drop spoonfuls onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and shape into clusters.
  • Drizzle with Dark Chocolate: Drizzle melted dark chocolate over each cluster.
  • Set and Enjoy: Let clusters sit at room temperature until firm, or refrigerate for 10-15 minutes. Store in an airtight container.
