In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate and ghee in 20-30 second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth and glossy.
Pour the melted chocolate mixture evenly over the yogurt, allowing it to coat the surface. Sprinkle the crushed peanuts over the top while the chocolate is still melted.
Wait about 1-2 minutes for the chocolate to harden into a crisp shell. For a faster set, place the bowl in the refrigerator for 30 seconds.
