Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt gluten-free, if needed
  • 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
  • ½ cup dark chocolate chips or chopped dark chocolate
  • 1 teaspoon ghee
  • 2 tablespoons crushed peanuts

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and peanut butter. Stir until smooth and fully incorporated. Spoon the mixture into a serving bowl or small dish and smooth out the top with a spoon.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate and ghee in 20-30 second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth and glossy.
  • Pour the melted chocolate mixture evenly over the yogurt, allowing it to coat the surface. Sprinkle the crushed peanuts over the top while the chocolate is still melted.
  • Wait about 1-2 minutes for the chocolate to harden into a crisp shell. For a faster set, place the bowl in the refrigerator for 30 seconds.
  • Crack the chocolate shell with your spoon and enjoy the creamy, crunchy, and nutty layers in every bite!
