Add in the four cups of powdered sugar and mix until combined.

Gently roll out the dough on a piece of parchment paper sprinkled with a generous amount of powdered sugar. Cut out mini circles of the dough and lay them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Chill in the freezer for 20 minutes.

After the dough has been chilling for 20 minutes, take out dip each patty into the chocolate. Lay back on a parchment-lined baking sheet and store in the refrigerator until ready to eat.
