plain M&Ms

sticks unsalted butter
melted and browned

teaspoon
salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix browned butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and egg until smooth.
In a separate bowl, whisk together gluten-free flour, salt, and baking soda.
Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients. Stir in vanilla extract and M&Ms.
Scoop dough into large balls, place on baking sheet, and chill for 15 minutes.
Bake for 20 minutes, tapping the baking sheet every 5 minutes to flatten cookies.
Cool on the sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a rack to cool completely. Enjoy!
