Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups gluten-free flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup plain M&Ms
  • 2 sticks unsalted butter melted and browned
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Mix browned butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and egg until smooth.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together gluten-free flour, salt, and baking soda.
  • Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients. Stir in vanilla extract and M&Ms.
  • Scoop dough into large balls, place on baking sheet, and chill for 15 minutes.
  • Bake for 20 minutes, tapping the baking sheet every 5 minutes to flatten cookies.
  • Cool on the sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a rack to cool completely. Enjoy!
