A delectable treat that combines the natural sweetness of dates with the richness of dark chocolate, accented by freeze-dried raspberries and coconut flakes.
Line parchment paper on a baking sheet. Blend dates, freeze-dried raspberries, and coconut flakes together. Scoop into 1-tablespoon sized balls and flatten with a spoon.
Pulse coconut flakes and freeze-dried raspberries until the mixture is almost powdery.
Remove from the freezer and drizzle each scoop with melted chocolate. Top with coconut flake raspberry powder.

Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
Can be made vegan by using vegan chocolate.
